Quote your Shipment

In the unlikely case a carrier looses or damages your shipment, we will have to file an insurance request with the carrier. For this request to be successful, we recommend:

• To take photos of the article shipped and of the packaging before you hand your shipment over to the carrier.
• To have the courier sign a copy of your shipment label when the shipment is picked up or dropped off. (As proof the carrier has received your shipment)
• To protect your shipment's content adequately. Most carrier have guides for a correct packaging to ensure a shipment is not damaged during transport. You can find some guides here:

Important: Please make sure that you have a copy or an original invoice of the items shipped at hand. Unfortunately, a insurance can only be paid when an invoice is provided as proof. (This is a requirement of all insurance companies in order to avoid fraude)
